DELIVERY WITHIN SOUTH AFRICA
The delivery charge will be calculated automatically at checkout. We offer free nationwide delivery for all orders valued at R500 or more. For orders under R500 a standard rate of R90 applies to the Western Cape and R120 for the rest of South Africa.
Delivery takes 2–3 working days to major cities. Delivery to outlying areas usually can take between 4–6 working days.
We hope that you will be satisfied with any purchases made on our online store. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please notify us within 7 (seven) days of your receipt of goods. Please send us a picture of the product with your request to: wild.capetown@gmail.com.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Sales items as well as gift cards are, unfortunately, non-refundable.
All shipping costs associated with returning the goods will be at the purchaser’s expense.
